Why Battered Black Book Chose Disciple
Battered Black Book needed to centralise their community. Communicating through various channels was inefficient and didn’t let them build a true connection with their clients. Disciple enabled them to go beyond simply just communicating with their customers.

Since launching their community platform, BBB’s communication with their community has become much more efficient and much more user friendly for their members too.

Not only does this make communication far easier, it also means BBB can create content and messaging which is tailored to each.
