February App Update

Welcome to your first app update of the year! We have kicked 2022 off in fine style and given both our Android and iOS platforms new versions!

So let’s get to it.

iOS updates

We have released versions up to v3.54 and in doing so we have added crucial fixes to Livestream, upgraded support for the latest Xcode version, and fixed folder descriptions which were being cut off.

Whilst it may seem like a relatively small iOS release it’s a super important one under the hood and sets us up perfectly for the changes coming in 2022.

In particular, we had seen in one of the previous versions a memory leak and we have plugged that successfully to ensure all members have the best possible app experience with iOS.

Head over to the Console now, get your iOS app updated and check these changes out for yourself!

Android updates

v3.53 is out and it’s one you will want to be upgrading to. Similar to iOS it’s been a super useful release pilled with changes under the hood to set us up for all the changes we are looking to do in 2022.

We have added the report user function to Android. Members can now tap the kebab menu on a member profile and see a second option next to the option to block. We have extended this out to include report, when this option is chosen, it should prompt the member for a reason, then the request gets sent off for the host to action.

That isn’t all though, there are lots of tweaks we have committed to in this version fixing issues with Event times, the back button, and much much more!
