All companies are having to adjust with each new day to the developing COVID-19 pandemic, including us. Our team is based in offices in London and Krakow so we’re used to video conferencing and sharing work through online tools. But like most other companies – we’ve had to sharply change the way we work. First and foremost our aim is to keep our team safe and maintain an excellent level of service for our customers.
Here’s what we’re doing to make sure our Disciple communities continue to thrive…
What are we doing differently?
The Disciple team will be working from home for the foreseeable future, doing our bit to slow the spread of the virus and make sure our team stays healthy. Our work is all online or over the phone and we use tools that allow us to have virtual meetings regardless of location. This means that we can give our customers the same level of service they’ve come to expect from Disciple.
For customers whose communities we’ve already launched, we’re still here to help with anything they might need, just as we were before.
And for customers who are in the final stages of launching their communities, we continue to work with Apple and Google to get apps approved and live, and with our internal teams to get our web-based communities live. The Apple and Google App Stores are taking a little longer than usual to approve apps at the moment, but rest assured that we’re doing everything possible to get our online communities live at this critical time.
If any of our communities need support with engagement, community setup, important product updates or simply with package adjustments that could help them at this time, we’re here for them.

Let us know how we can help
At times like these the need for communities to support each other becomes vital and we’re dedicated to using our platform to help in any way we can. If you have any ideas about how we could use our Disciple platform to help communities through this period, please let us know. You can email our Community Lead Nicolette Roses-Agoro on nicolette@disciplemedia.com.
On behalf of all the team here at Disciple I wish you and your communities the very best of health.
Thank you
