- A clear roadmap: As your community grows and matures, together we’ll deep dive into the data that will help you to track and stay aligned with your objectives. These benchmarks will translate into specific and measurable action steps that will allow you to understand your strengths and weaknesses, get a clearer idea of the value of your community and effectively measure the success of your efforts. Take advantage of a joint 30 minute introductory session with your coach and your customer success manager to map these out together.
- Dedicated community coaching: You’ll get 10 strategic deep-dive planning and analysis sessions. (Annual 10 sessions x1 hour or 2.5 hrs per quarter for quarterly clients). You control how you want to spend your time, whether it be used pre-launch, spread out through the year, or allocated as quarterly check-ins. You’ll also receive monthly reminders to keep you on track.
- Analytics deep dive: We’ll school you on hidden insights such as lurker Vs contributor rates, contribution volumes, locating and empowering your top contributors, trends over time for new registered users, weekly and monthly active users, number of sessions per active user and so much more.
- Resources: We’ll provide you with all of the relevant tools, templates, and insights you need to reach your goals.
